Overview
Advanced, skill-building for BI claims. Focus on practical applications and handling complex claims. Individual workshops cover; Liability Investigation, Quantum Investigation, Economic Loss Calculations, Excess Medical and Housekeeping, and Negotiation and Mediation. Each topic is covered comprehensively often with the addition of an industry specialist as guest facilitator. Learning is reinforced through activities, quizzes, and group exercises.

In this interactive workshop, learn how to determine excess medical and housekeeping on BI claims. Understand the changes for excess medical exposure brought on by Bill 34 and the Minor Injury Threshold, and learn how to determine catastrophic exposure (Bill 198).
